After many delays in production due to COVID-19, the 25th official James Bond film is finally here. James Bond is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica after leaving active service. However, his peace is short-lived as his old CIA friend, Felix Leiter, shows up and asks for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond on the trail of a mysterious villain who’s armed with a dangerous new technology. Thanks to the franchises’ immense following, students at ILS have a lot to say.

“My favorite quote from the movie is ‘Is the desk bigger or have you gotten smaller- you’ve gotten smaller.’,” said junior Michael Boza.

In Craig’s final outing as the suave superspy, James Bond finally gets a life. In-between the main plot of this film, audiences see Bond reunite with a former flame and find out he has a child, a little girl, he has a chance at a normal life with his girlfriend and daughter, for whom he ultimately sacrifices his life.

Among the actors in this film like Rami Malek and Lea Seydoux, a new character Naomi, is played by Lashana Lynch, has been given the 007 title after Bond retired. That begs the question: Does this mean the new James Bond will be replaced with a woman?

As in James Bond fashion, Craig leaves fans with many steamy scenes with his love interest and most of all his exciting and fierce fight escapades.
