The ILS sailing team has dominated again! On January 22nd, they competed in other regatta and were, of course, extremely successful. Their team includes some of the most talented sailors Florida has seen.

They won against 16 varsity high school teams around Florida. They won the A and B divisions and won 7 of the entire day’s races. ILS finished with 63 points. They were 31 points above 2nd place, Ransom Everglades at 94. 

Division A was skippered by Mitchel Callahan. Juniors Danny Riano and Caroline Caudron were alternating as crew. Division B was skippered by sophomore Umi Noritake, with fellow sophomore Jadin Gonzalez and senior Brianna Ross as c

Mitchell and Justin Callahan, ILS seniors, are both some of the top sailors in Florida, and always show up to represent La Salle. They have been ranked high both in Florida and nationally. Throughout their sailing career, they’ve won numerous accomplishments and recognitions. They are on their way to Harvard in the fall for sailing.
