Each year, Hollywood stars and influencers alike show up to impress for Halloween with extravagant and clever costumes. Stars like Heidi Klum, who has previously dressed up as a worm and Fiona from Shrek, are infamous for their creepy and over the top outfits.
This year, stars like Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, and more, did not disappoint. 2023 was one of the best years for stars to pay tribute to iconic movies and celebrities of the past.
Talking about the publicity opportunity for celebrities during Halloween, senior Catherine Barrabes said, “It’s the most common thing for them to dress up in crazy costumes for public attention.”
Kendall Jenner, following in her sister’s footsteps, dressed up as Marilyn Monroe this year. She stunned in a bleach-blonde wig and an all black bodysuit.
Kim Kardashian and her daughter, North, referenced the iconic 90s movie Clueless. They dressed up as the two main characters Cher and Dionne.
Asked about her opinion on the stars, senior Victoria Pla said, “I love them. It was so clever and perfect for both of them! I hope they keep doing duo costumes in the future.”
Another iconic, and very unique, costume shown this year was Kaia Gerber and Austin Butler as Edie Sedgwick and Andy Warhol.
Paris Hilton dressed as Britney Spears in her stewardess outfit from the quintessential music video “Toxic.” Her outfit was perfectly accurate, even to the smallest details.
Demi Lovato returned to her original Disney roots as Snow White.
