Alexandra Gonzalez Casar had 16 points 12 rebounds. Candy Cruz had 9 points 14 rebounds, Ainoa Haliwa 14 points and Peilin Aguilar Hou had 7 points 6 rebounds 5 assists.They also won against Divine Savior 43-18. Ainoa Haliwa led the team with 14 pointsWhile Alexandra Gonzalez Casar added 8 points.They dropped their first game of the season
Boys’ Basketball: ILS Varsity basketball had a tough 9-point loss vs. Downtown Doral at home – 61-52.
Top performers in the game: Lucas Piedra was leading scorer with 16 points and 8 rebounds. Michael Libera Tait had 12 points and 4 Rebounds. Alessio Saumat had 10 points
They did pick up a great team win vs. Mater Brickell Academy 71-5. Lucas Piedra was leading scorer with 24 points. Austin Dunbar had 10 points and 5 rebounds
JV boys picked up 2 wins. First, they defeated Downtown Doral 76-44. Andres Ledon had 11 points, Trace Wyche had 14 points and Keondre Ponton hasd 12 points.
They also beat Mater Brickell Academy 47-22. Andres Ledon had a big game with 22 points to help lead the Royals to victory.Girls’ Soccer: Lady Royals Varsity soccer took down Somerset South Homestead 4-0 in the Jungle this week.Top performers in the match: Luna Fernandez, Valentina Mangles, Amanda Villasmil, Amanda Whitaker 1 goal each. Natalie Islami had 2 assists. Olivia Rodriguez-Salum and Kaya Beckman combined shutout (7)Record: 8-4Boys’ Soccer: Boys Varsity Soccer added another two wins this week. They defeated Florida Christian 2-1. Goal scorers in this match were Nicolas Nauta (1) and George Marvis (1).The assists came from Maxi Fadel (1)and Alvaro Castro.They defeated Palmer Trinity 4-1.
