Orlando’s about to level up in a big way. Universal’s Epic Universe is set to open May 22. It’s said to be one of the most well-thought out theme parks ever. With five immersive lands, cutting-edge attractions, and some serious storytelling magic, this park is going to be the next best thing.
At the heart of everything is Celestial Park, a gorgeous, open-space hub filled with lush greenery, sparkling waterways, and Universal’s first-ever dueling coaster, Starfall Racers. Think of it as the central point that connects you to the four themed worlds waiting to be explored.
“I’m going to Epic Universe this weekend because my cousin worked on the artwork for it, I am so excited,” said junior Ernesto Losada.
Different Lands Within The Park
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic is taking things in a new direction, blending the Parisian magic from Fantastic Beasts

with the British Ministry of Magic fans all know from Harry Potter. This land is expected to feature jaw-dropping immersive experiences that let guests step into the wizarding world like never before.
“I’m a total Nintendo lover so the Donkey Kong part is going to be the sickest thing ever,” said senior Etienne Ferell.
SUPER NINTENDO WORLD is for all the gamers out there. It’s coming in full force, with Super Mario and Donkey Kong Country getting their own dedicated spaces. Expect interactive rides, themed dining, and plenty of opportunities to live out your Nintendo dreams.

“Dark Universe is the part of this that I’m most excited about,” said senior Sabrina Diaz-Balart.
Dark Universe, will be a land designed for those who love classic monsters like Dracula, Frankenstein, and the Wolfman. It’s giving horror-meets-mystery vibes, with eerie landscapes and attractions that dive into the darker side of Universal’s history.
On top of all that, Universal is introducing the Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a 500-room resort built right inside the park. Staying there will give guests exclusive early access to the park and some insane views of the action.
Tickets are already available, with multi-day passes ranging from $352 to $521. Universal is hyping this up as their most immersive park yet, and from everything they have promised, it’s about to set a new standard for theme parks everywhere.
May 22 can’t come soon enough.
