Cross Country: XC team kicked off their season at the Palmer Trinity invitational. The first race of the season is always a special milestone, and our XC team showed great heart and determination out on the course this week. Every runner gave their best effort, pushing through the challenges with grit and focus.
Volleyball: Girls Volleyball team 3 game week report.
Game 1 – ILS Defeats Don Soffer (Aventura) in Straight Sets: La Salle secured a solid 3-0 victory over Don Soffer (Aventura) with set scores of 25-16, 25-18, and 25-17. The team showed strong teamwork and determination throughout the match.

Game 2 – ILS also defeated Carrollton 3-0!: La Salle continued their undefeated streak with a hard-fought 3-0 victory over Carrollton, winning the sets 25-21, 26-24, and 25-23. The team showed great resilience and determination in a closely contested match.

Game 3 – Tough Loss Ends Strong Start to the Season: After opening the season with three straight wins, our team faced a tough challenge against Palmer Trinity, resulting in our first loss of the year. Despite battling hard in every set, we ultimately fell 3–1 (20–25, 8-25, 28-26, 25–22). Ou players showed great resilience and effort. They’re excited for the opportunity to get back on track this week.
Football: Royal Lions Dominate Miami Jackson Generals 50-0 in Statement Victory
The Immaculata-La Salle Royal Lions delivered a complete team performance in a 50-0 shutout win over the Miami Jackson Generals, showcasing explosive offense, lockdown defense, and aggressive special teams. From start to finish, the Lions controlled every aspect of the game, improving their record and making a clear statement.
