The Batman is new DC Comics movie officially premiering to the public on March 4, 2022, and many fans are already excited about the new release.

Starting off with some basic information, the title hero is being played by the one and only Robert Pattinson. Judge all you want, but this Twilight and Harry Potter alumni is not here to play in his newest upcoming film. If you haven’t seen his more recent work such as The Lighthouse or Tenet, you may think this isn’t a good fit for the actor, but I wouldn’t assume such a thing with the sneak previews the trailers have been giving us.

Cat Woman is being played by Zöe Kravitz, who is also going to make her directorial debut with Pussy Island. Fortunately, her chemistry with Pattinson seems to be off the charts both on and off the screen and I can’t wait to see the full scope of it when the new film comes out.

The main villain in this movie is going to be the Riddler, who is being portrayed by Paul Dano. Much speculation was around who would be playing this infamous villain until it was recently revealed in a trailer.

The movie had its London premiere the 23rd of February with early reviews being extremely positive, adding to the hype of the movie being released. It has slowly but surely become set to potentially be one of the biggest Batman movies of all-time.

One of the biggest comments made from this premiere has been Insider claiming, “Robert Pattinson will be your new favorite Batman.”

That goes to show that you shouldn’t judge an actor by previous works.
