A week ago, Justin Bieber shared a photo on Instagram saying that if the photo accumulated 20 million likes, he would release a new album before Christmas. 

Justin Bieber hasn’t dropped a new album since the 2015 “Purpose” album. That album included hit songs “Sorry,” “Love Yourself,” and “What Do You Mean?”

Even though he hasn’t release any solo music, he has been part of several collaborations that put him on the charts, such as “Despacito (Remix)” with Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee and “I’m the One” with DJ Khaled. 

During a 2019 interview with Vogue magazine, Bieber revealed that he wanted to take a break from the music industry and find himself outside the world of music and everything that came along with it. 

However, it seems that Bieber fans could be receiving a new album this year. In just 24 hours, the Instagram picture acquired 10 million likes. As of now, the picture has more 11 million likes. 

“If this album was released I would be so happy and excited since he hasn’t released an album in so long,” said junior Paola Rodriguez, a Justin Bieber fan since she was a little girl.
