Hello, everyone,

Here is your  Sports Flash and upcoming sports schedule before we hit break.

 Girls Soccer: The girls varsity soccer team took down Gulliver Prep 1-0. The loan goal was scored by Natalie Islami and it was assisted by Senna Trafton. It as goalkeeper Ashley Fonseca 2nd shutout of the season.

Boys Soccer: Boys Soccer defeated a tough Scheck Hillel team 3-2 this past week. This brings the boys record to 5-2-1

Girls Basketball: The varsity girls basketball beat North Miami Senior high 74-58. The team was led by Melissa Carrasco with 28 points. Peilin Aguilar had 18 points 9 assist and 7 steals. Caroline Barrabes had 11 points while Alexandra Gonzalez had another double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds. That gives her 6 double-doubles on the season!

Cheerleading: JV & Varsity traveled to Daytona yesterday to compete at the UCA Florida Regionals on a mission to receive a bid to Nationals. Both teams placed 3rd in their stacked divisions and both teams received a bid to NATIONALS!!!!

Varsity had a major come back from Chase the State a couple weeks ago. The team looks now to get ready for their FHSAA regional in hopes to get invited back to the State Competition! JV had a great performance yesterday and from here look to get even stronger to compete at Nationals in February!

Monday, December 18, 2023: Boys JV basketball travels to Columbus for a 6PM game.

Tuesday, December 19, 2023: Girls and Boys Varsity Soccer Hosts Archbishop McCarthy 5/7PM

Boys JV Soccer travels to Doral academy for a 3PM match.

Girls Basketball travels to Carrollton 4PM tip.

Wednesday, December 20, 2023: Girls Soccer travels to Coral Shores for a 5PM match.

Girls Basketball travels to Don Soffer for a 3:30PM game.
