Everyday chocoholics are getting on board too creating reactions, comparing flavors, and even testing out their own “Dubai chocolate-inspired” treats. The pairing of high-quality cocoa, rich texture, and exotic flavor has made it stand apart from traditional European chocolates.
For SALTT member and sophomore Mia Russumano, the appeal is simple: “Dubai chocolate isn’t food; it’s an experience. You see it everywhere online, and when you finally get to taste it, it actually lives up to the hype.”
From the high-end malls of Dubai to the screens of millions around the globe, this chocolate has gone from being completely unknown to being a worldwide sensation. It is an emblem of where global culture, luxury, and social media intersect where it only takes one bite (and one viral clip) to get the world hooked.
