Congratulations! You’ve made it through the worst month of the year.

Picture this…

You’re freezing cold on some days, and melting on others, you’re tired and done with school, but oh wait the hardest and most important part of the year is just getting started- this is the nightmare of a month we call February.

February is factually the shortest month we have, but it never fails to feel the longest and be the most difficult month.

From the guilt you’ve been carrying around since you realized you’re not going to follow those ambitious New Year’s resolutions you set for yourself, to the awkward stage of not knowing whether to start wearing spring colors or to keep wearing brown, it’s all bad.

In January, you have a fresh start and are feeling very sure of yourself

In February, you get to deal with (for some of us) the heartbreak of not having a valentine and all of the money you don’t have thanks to the holidays

In March, the weather is warmer which just makes people lighten up a bit and get in better moods.

In April, we have spring break and you can finally start counting down the days until summer.

In May, we finish off the school year and the tan lines start to form.

In June, you might be laying under the sun in Ibiza or you might be sleeping in until 3 pm , whichever one it may be, nobody will judge.

In July, the days are longer and your list of responsibilities is much shorter.

In August, we get to do this school year all over again and try again with new teachers.

In September, pumpkin spice is added back to the menus and you’re still holding on to the tan you got last month.

In October, the weather is cooler and there is no amount of candy you can’t eat.

In November, the feasting begins and so does the shopping

In December, the weather is cool, the music is good, and the food is unmatched.

If February, was a rough month for you, you’re not alone. We have 10 months of bigger and better things ahead of us to look forward to.
