La Salle has added a new club this year which is the Glee club.

This club was made for students who aren’t able to be in the choir class, but would still like to participate in all of their activities such as mass, the Christmas concert, and much more.

This club was started by sophomore Amy Lam who was in this position last year. Since she knew many other people in her position, this inspired her to start this club.

Mr. Cabrera is the moderator for this club.

In Glee, you get to learn harmonies, learn the songs used in mass, along with learn the songs the choir does in performances.

This club gives you an opportunity to get on stage and do what interests you.

“I feel like glee club is a place where everyone can come together to, not only learn to sing, but to have fun too. I love everyone in the club and it gives me something to look forward to at the end of the week,” said Amy Lam when asked about the club.

The club practices every Friday after school from 2:45 to 4.

If you are interested in joining the club, you can email Amy Lam at 1010205@ilsstudent.com, Mr. Cabrera at jcabrera@ilsroyals.com, or Ms. Cabrera at ccabrera@ilsroyals.com.
