As the school year begins, so does cross country season. They have been training all summer and are ready to take on their first meet September 2nd,  this Friday at Tropical Park.

     “I’m so excited for this race and this season. I feel like everything is going to fall into place, and I know more now than I did my freshman year,” said sophomore, Arianna Armas.

The team is looking forward to a great season and many personal records.

“This season started strong with a lot of determined people ready to get better. I expect great things from each and every person and I expect us to improve every race. I look forward to our first race, the rest of the season and what it brings,” said junior and team captain, Colette Finley Team captain.
