Here, at Immaculata-La Salle we are very proud and very fond of our STEAM program. It is a program that offers classes that focus on one specific topic.

STEAM stands for
S- science
T- technology
E- engineering
A- art
M- math

This program is for students who have an idea of what they want to study in college and for them to determine if it is actually something they enjoy and are good at. The STEAM program nurtures and prepares them to be responsible members of society. It teaches them to create a discipline that could shape their lives and their community.

The STEAM classes that La Salle offers are:

Engineering Focus
Digital Art Focus
Global Business Leadership Focus
Health Science Focus
Legal Studies Focus
Fitness and Sports Studies Focus

Only incoming freshman are offered the opportunity to apply to the STEAM program.

“The application process is a bit stressful and a bit confusing, but overall I feel like it was worth it at the end,” explained sophomore Olivia Ogus. She is in the STEAM class for Health Science.
