ILS Open House: An Event to Remember

This past Saturday (October 15, 2022) ILS made itself a place of welcome during open house. Students who hope to transfer or join for freshman year were able to attend with their parents.

The day began in the gym. There many teachers spoke about their experiences teaching at ILS. Then, students and their parents were split into separate groups to tour the campus.

Due to the rain, attendees were unable to attend all six stations that were originally planned, but nonetheless, they were still able to see the campus and meet some teachers.

The ILS Ambassadors Club made a huge contribution to this event. Students and teachers who partake in the club attended the event and served as guides for the groups, they were also available to answer any questions parents/students had about La Salle.

“Overall it was a really great experience, I think it’s really smart to come to this event if you are thinking about attending ILS. You can get a peak at how attending La Salle would be and you get to meet with teachers that you may have,” said sophomore and Ambassadors Club member Andrea Interiano.
